The Food
Everything we serve is made fresh everyday using the best ingredients we can. Local farms around the area contribute to our daily menu as well as some ingredients unique to the Philippines. Our menu is always changing and growing, check back often.

Fresh Lumpia
Sauteed cabbage, carrots and green beans, with fresh garlic, crushed nuts & greens, wrapped in a thin pancake and served chilled with sweet dipping sauce.

The Flying Pig
Slow roasted pork asado, chilis, calamansi, sriracha served over rice and topped with a sous vide 1 hour egg.

Pineapple Soda
A 12.5 oz bottle of ice cold refreshing pineapple flavored soda made with real cane sugar (not HFCS)

Calamansi Cooler
A refreshing house-made limeade made with calamansi (an Asian lime), honey, fresh ginger and mint.

Chicken Adobo
Chicken thighs braised in soy sauce, garlic, bay leaves, black pepper and vinegar, served over a bed of steamed jasmine rice. Options: Add a 1 hour egg for $1.00

The Pac-Man
Spicy pork asado, chili braised cabbage, lemongrass aioli, topped with black sesame seeds and scallions, wrapped in Lebanese flatbread.

Filipino Blue Crab Ceviche
Filipino blue crab, chilis, black sesame, cilantro, palm sugar & atchara, served over sliced watermelon

Fried Veggie Lumpia
Three (3) handmade springrolls of cabbage, carrots, jicama and sweet potato, deep fried to a golden brown. Served with a sweet chili dipping sauce. (Garlic Vinegar also available!)

Beef Mechado
Beef braised in tomato, soy sauce, calamansi, lemon, onion, bay leaves and garlic, with potatoes, served on a bed of steamed jasmine rice.

Pork Adobo
Pork Shoulder braised in soy sauce, garlic, bay leaves, black pepper and vinegar, served over a bed of steamed jasmine rice.

The Ranger Crusher
Slow roasted pork, red pepper slaw, lemongrass & smoked paprika aioli, sriracha, served on a bun

Beef Caldareta
Beef slow cooked with tomatoes, sweet peppers, potatoes, chilis & olives. Served over a bed of steamed jasmine rice.

Aporkalypse Now!
Pork belly braised in brown sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, chilies, peanuts, tofu, served over jasmine rice and garnished with pea shoots and chicharrones.
